How to use

If you have created an account on manspasts.lv, click "Sign in" in the top toolbar. If you have been using the site as an unregistered customer, come to our new site mans.pasts.lv.

This is a self-service website where you can process your mail and obtain accompanying documents for dispatch.

To use the website, you need a smartphone, computer or tablet with a internet connection and internet browser.

This website is intended for business customers, i.e. those who have a cooperation agreement for postal services.

The site can also be used by private customers who have registered on the site before 19 June 2025. Private customers shall deposit the items created on the website at post offices and pay at the post office.

If you are a business customer with a postal contract, please continue to use this website.

If you are a private customer, we recommend you use the new mans.pasts.lv website, where you can not only create items, obtain accompanying documents, but also pay for them online and hand them over not only at the post office, but also at a parcel office or to a courier.

You need to register as a new user on the new mans.pasts.lv website. You can use the email address you use on manspasts.lv, another email address, or some other login method.

You can sign in to your manspasts.lv account and export your shipment data in xlsx format. You can't import them on the new site mans.pasts.lv, but you can save them on your device.

You can also export Address Book data in xlsx format from your manspasts.lv account. You can import the data on the new site mans.pasts.lv, but we recommend that you re-enter the data manually so that the saved data is of high quality and correct.

Optional. You can continue to use your account to access your transaction history and other account data, such as your address book. However, if you wish to delete, please send a request from your email and we will delete the account.

If you use mail regularly and want to pay for it monthly, we recommend you sign a postal contract. Apply by filling in the Application Form and we will contact you soon!

You can create a new manspasts.lv account if you have a contract for postal services. Click "Register" in the top toolbar and fill in your user details, including the contract number.

If you are a private customer without a contract, go to our new website mans.pasts.lv and create your user account there.

The wedsite will tell you everything up front, even find the postcode for Latvian addresses.

We also recommend you to include the recipient's phone number and email address. These will help the recipient to receive information about your shipment more quickly, to clear it if it is a customs clearance parcel, or to redirect it to a parcel locker and/or another delivery point.

Put the letter in an envelope, seal it and stick on the sender and recipient details. See "Packing parcels".

Put the contents of the parcel in a package, preferably a box, but you can also use a bag. Seal the box or other packaging so that the parcel is not damaged in transit and the items in it cannot fall out. Stick the accompanying documents so that the barcode can be scanned. See "Package of consignments and address record".

There is a size and weight limit for letters. Please note that the thickness is limited to 2 cm and the weight to 2 kg.

There is a size and weight limit for letters (items). The longest side of the parcel is up to 60 cm and the weight up to 2 kg. If the weight or size exceeds the limits, choose a parcel.

Parcels can be larger and heavier. However, the longest side cannot exceed 105 cm and the maximum weight depends on the rules in the country of destination. See "Prohibitions and restrictions" for details.

Customs information is required for all parcels sent to countries outside the European Union. If the contents are not worth more than €1000, the information you provided on the website when you made the shipment will be sufficient. This information will be included in the accompanying document or form.

If your consignment contains goods with a total value of more than €1000, you will need to open the State Revenue Service EMDAS system and fill in an export customs declaration, or you can use the Postal Customs Broker at pastabrokeris@pasts.lv.

If you are a business customer with a postal contract, you can choose whether to deliver your shipment to a post office or to a courier.

If you are a private customer without a contract, you can deposit and pay at any post office. If you use our new website mans.pasts.lv, you can also pay online and hand your shipment in at a parcel locker or by courier.

You can find the cost of your shipments in the Tariff Book. The price for the shipment you have selected will also be displayed on the website during the shipment creation process.

Yes, If you create a shipment on the website, you will get a 40 cent discount for traced, registered or insured shipment.

If you are a business customer with a postal contract, you will receive a monthly invoice for the items you send.

If you are a private customer, you pay at the post office.

All costs are included in the shipment fee, which you will see on the website when you create your shipment.

Find "Track order" on the website, enter the shipment number and find out the current status of your shipment. If you can't find your parcel, contact our Customer Support team.

Click on "My Shipments" in the top bar of the website and the details of your submissions will be saved there.

For shipments within Latvia, it takes one working day. But delivery times to other countries may vary. We'll show you the average delivery time on the website during the shipment creation process.
